As an administrator you can enter working time records for your employees manually. For this you go to “Reports/Working Time" . There you have 2 options:
1) With “+ Working Time” you can enter any attendance time.
2) With "+ Vacation & Absence" you can enter all absence times like vacation, sick leave or compensatory leave.
If, for example you enter attendance time you can choose the User and select the desired working time type (Marker 1) and create a note (Marker 2) for this working time entry. You can edit the date, Start and End time (Marker 3) as you wish, the duration (Marker 5) will be automatically adjusted. Enter a break (Marker 4) and press "Save" (Marker 6).
Note: If you use the Enterprise plan you can also select the organization the user belongs to

Tip: If you want to add more times for employees, you can use the "Create another" function (Marker 6). This keeps the dialog open and the type preselected.
