2. Adding records at a later time
In the recording menu you see all 3 features of timr at a glance (Marker 1, 2, 4):
-Working Time

-Drive Log
Marker 3: timr offers you the possibility to start the Working Time- and the Project Time Recording in one step.
In the tab bar you see an overview of the timr App.
Marker 5: The actual status is shown in "Recording". On this screen you can see what's currently active in your timr, if you're recording your time and if you've started the drive log.
Marker 6: The Dashboard gives you an overview of your hours and vacation balance as well as project time per current day, week and month.
Marker 7: With timr you can create analysis and reports on the go. Please refer to our article Reports and Analysis for more information regarding the timr reports.
Marker 8: If you need to add records, vacation, etc. quickly on the go, you can use the "Add" feature.
Marker 9: You can also change your settings, extend your account or send a feedback in the "More" menu.
1. Real-time Tracking
1.1. Start Project Time Recording
Marker 1: You can choose the Task for which you want to record time.
Your recent tasks are displayed in an extra category in order to facilitate choosing the right task. However, you have also other tasks ready for choosing in the "all" category.
Basically we recommend to edit your tasks in the timr web application because it's much more comfortable to do this in the web app than on the go.
However, if you're on a business trip or at a costumers site and you need a new task, you can use the "Add" feature to immediately create a new task on the go.
Marker 2: If you have permission, you can edit the Start Date and Time before you start the running recording.
Marker 3: You can add your notes for this Project Time Recording here.
Marker 4: Define here if this Project Time Recording is billable.
Marker 5: Press "Start" to start the Project Time Recording.
1.2. Stop Project Time Recording
This is an example for a running Project Time recording. By pressing on this running project time recording you can pause, stop or delete it.
Marker 1: You can edit the task and for example choose another task for which you want to track this time entry.
Marker 2: If you are authorized to, you can edit the End Date and Time before you stop the running recording.
Marker 3: If you are authorized to, you can edit the break time. For example: You've forgotten to pause during lunch and so you can add your breaktime now.
Marker 4: You can add notes. For example, you want to note some information for this project.
Marker 5: If you are authorized to, you can define if the time is billable.
Marker 6: Press "Stop" to save this project time records based on the given information.
Marker 7: You can switch the task any time with just one click.
Marker 8: You also have the possibility to delete this entry. If you have permission it's also possible to pause project time tracking here.
2. Adding records at a later time
In the timr App you can add records later on, if you have the permission to do so. You can do this via the + symbol. If, for example, you've forgotten to book project time for a client while you were out of the office you can do this at a later time.
