timr enables you to evaluate your time and mileage on the go. You can even create reports on the go.
Marker 1, 2, 3: When creating a report, you can choose if you want a report for your Working Time, your Project Time or your Drive Log.
In the next step you can filter your data based on some parameters. The screenshot shows the filter screen for a project time report.
Marker 1: Select the task for which you want to see the records.
Marker 2 and 3: Choose the period of the entries you want to see. This could be from a single day up to years.
Marker 4: Define if you want to see only the billable, the not billable or all entries.
Marker 5: Choose the User for which you want create a report.
Marker 6: Choose which status the entries should have.
To finish press "show reports" and you get an overview of all entries like shown in the next screenshot.
In this screen you see all data based on the selected filter criteria.
Press on the cell to open the details for this entry.
To see a pdf Report which you can share with your customer for example, press on "Show PDF" at the top of the screen.
Marker 1: You can configure your company logo in the timr web application and then it will be available in the reports.
Marker 2: In the area of marker 2 you get a list of the filtered project times.
Marker 3: You get a total sum of hours, which is split into billable and not billable.
