2. Timesheet & Balanced Periods
timr enables you to evaluate your time and mileage on the go. You can take a look at your current hours and holiday account any time. Furthermore you can create a report for your Working Time, your Project Time or your Drive Log if they are enabled (see Activating and Deactivating Features).
1. Dashboard
Marker 1 & 2: You can switch between the "Working time" and "Project time" views in the Dashboard tab.
Marker 1: Working time view
Marker 3: The graphs give an overview of the status of the day, week and month. By tapping on the respective chart (Today, Week, Month) you will get more details.
Marker 4: Shows the status of the time account. By clicking on the area you will get more details
Marker 5: Here you can see the status of your vacation account.
Marker 6: Click "Preview Timesheet" to get a preview of the current timesheet as a PDF.
Marker 7: All "Requests & Absences" are listed here.
Marker 2: Project Time view
Marker 8: You can select project times of Today, Week and Month.
Marker 9: This area gives an overview of the status of the project times depending on the selected period.
Marker 10: All booked tasks for the selected period are listed here.
2. Timesheet & Balanced Periods
In the "Dashboard" tab you get an overview of your time account. You can view and export timesheets and balanced periods.
Marker 1: Via "Preview Timesheet" you can load an overview of your working time records as PDF. The report covers the period from the last closing (or initialization) to the current date.
Marker 2: To view balances, i.e. timesheets from closed periods, select "Time Account".
Marker 3: In the "History" section, you can see all the time account balances and corrections that have been made in the time account. For details, select the desired balance.
Marker 4: Here you can see the overview of the selected closing. Via the export icon (top right) you can view the hours overview as a PDF and can export or save it, for example.
To view balanced periods, i.e. timesheets from closed periods, select "Time account" (marker 2). In the next window, select the desired balance period (marker 3). In the following window you will get an overview of the data. Via marker 4 (top right) you can export the balanced timesheet.
3. Reports Tab
In the Tab "Reports", you can filter your working time, project time, and drive log records according to specific criteria, and create PDF reports as required. You will only see functions in this view if they are enabled (see Activating and Deactivating Features).
3.1. Working Time
In "Reports / Working Time" you will automatically be shown all recorded times for the currently selected period (Marker 1). If you only want to display certain times, you can change the filter criteria (Marker 2). You can also create a PDF report at any time (Marker 3).
You can filter your data based on some parameters.
Marker 1: Administrators can choose the User for which they want create a report.
Marker 2: Select a predefined Time span here.
Marker 3: Choose which status the shown entries should have.
Marker 4: Select the type for which you want to see the records, for example office time, vacation etc.
Marker 5: To confirm the filter, select "Apply".
3.2. Project Time
In "Reports / Project Time" you will automatically be shown all recorded times for the currently selected period (Marker 1). If you only want to display certain times, you can change the filter criteria (Marker 2). You can also create a PDF report at any time (Marker 3).
You can filter your data based on different parameters.
Marker 1: Administrators can choose the User for which they want create a report.
Marker 2: Select a predefined Time span here.
Marker 3: Select the task for which you want to see the records, for example office time, vacation etc.
Marker 4: Choose which status the shown entries should have (Billable: Yes / No).
Marker 5: Choose which recordings the entries should have (Changeable, Locked, Cleared, Closed).
Marker 6: To confirm the filter, select "Apply".
PDF Report
You can also create a PDF report on the go, for example, a project time report for the customer on the spot. Here is an example:
Marker 1: You can configure your company logo in the timr web application and it will be available in the reports.
Marker 2: In the area of marker 2 you get a list of the filtered project times.
Marker 3: You get a total sum of hours, split into billable and not billable.
3.3. Drive log
In "Reports / Drive log" you will automatically be shown all recorded times for the currently selected period (Marker 1). If you only want to display certain times, you can change the filter criteria (Marker 2). You can also create a PDF report at any time (Marker 3).
You can filter by the following criteria:
Marker 1: Administrators can choose the User for which they want create a report.
Marker 2: Select a predefined Time span here.
Marker 3: You can also choose which status the shown entries should have.
Marker 4: Select the car for which you want to see the records.
Marker 5: Choose if you want to be shown only business drive log entries or also private ones.
