In timr you can define, if overtime allowance should be taken into account automatically or if the hours balance should be set to "0" at the end of the month.
1. Overtime allowance
If a certain overtime allowance should be taken into account automatically at the end of the month, you can define this in the user settings.
For example, if you define an overtime allowance of 10 hours for an employee, his/her hours balance will automatically be reduced by 10 hours at the end of the month. You will have this documented on the time sheet.
2. All-In
It's possible to define, that any overtime hours will be set to "0" at the end of the month. You can choose this option if overtime is included in your employee's work hours.
For example, if an employee has 18 hours overtime, timr automatically sets the hours balance for the current period to "0". This will be documented on the time sheet.
