In order to take a further look at any issues you experience with the timr Android app we will need your diagnose info.
If our support team has asked you to provide more details you can send us this info following these steps:
1. Enable Diagnose Mode
Open the timr app on your Android and tap on "..." on the bottom right side and choose "About timr".
Press on the troii logo for some seconds until the diagnose mode is enabled.
There is now a note that informs you about the active diagnose mode and you'll notice that further options are displayed.
2. Send Diagnose Info
2.1 Sending within the app
Open the timr app on your Android and tap on "..." on the bottom right side and choose "About timr".
Press on the troii logo and wait some seconds until the diagnose mode is enabled. You'll notice that further options now are displayed.
Now choose "Send Diagnose Info".
Afterwards please send us a short mail at info@timr.com communicating that you have sent the diagnose infos.
2.2 Sending via URL
In case the app cannot be opened at all, there is also the possibility to send the diagnostic information via URL.
To do this, please open the following URL on the device:
3. Disable Diagnose Mode
Open the timr app on your Android and tap on "..." on the bottom right side and choose "About timr".
Choose now "Disable Diagnose Mode"
