There are many ways in which you can edit an existing working time entry. Attention: each change is saved!
You can edit time entries either in the Recording menu or in the Reports menu.

2. Editing Working Time in Reports/Working time
In the Recording menu you have all time entries up to the current date. The latest entries are listed on the first page. Editing late time entries therefore is easily possible in the Recording menu.
For time entries which are further in the past we recommend using the Reports menu. There you can filter your entries.
As an administrator you edit time entries of your employees in the Reports menu.
1. Editing Working Time in the Recording menu
Right-click on the entry you want to edit, and choose the desired option.
You can "Resume", "Edit ", "Delete" or select "Show/Hide History". Furthermore you have the possibility to change the status of the record via "Set status to Locked" or "Set status to Closed".
Clicking on "Edit Working Time" opens the edit dialog box for the working time entry. You can change the working time type, note, start time, end time, break and duration, and then “Save” these changes.
2. Editing Working Time in Reports/Working Time
In Reports/Working Time you can filter your time entries, for example, according to time period and working time type. As an Administrator you can also choose the user whose time entries you would like to see.
In order to edit a time entry click on the edit symbol next to the entry.
You have now different possibilities to edit an existing time entry. Attention: Each change is saved!
If you choose “Edit" a new dialogue will appear. Now you can edit the working time type, accompanying notes, the Start and End Time as well as Break Time.
3. Bulk operations
In Reports/Working time it's possible to edit various entries at once via bulk operations. You can select multiple entries and change their status or delete them. Simply mark the records you want to edit with a tick. If you then click "Selected records" you can select the desired option.
