5. Working time, Project time, Drive log
In the reports menu it is possible to analyse the data for the current "day", "week", "month", "quarter", "year", in "total" or for a "freely" chosen period of time in various dashboards.
1. User Dashboard
This dashboard shows the working and project times of each user. You can see at a glance which of your employees are working right now, where they are and what they are working on.
You can also see here if an employee has forgotten to stop his recording (see Current Duration) and can delete recordings, e.g. to be able to balance an account.
One look into timr saves you from permanent asking your employees on which project they are currently working etc. For example, if you receive a new request, you are able to identify who of your employees is currently near to that customer and you can send him immediately to the customer. This feature will save you a lot of time and money because you have everything at a glance.
You can select a time period (marker 1), view a summary of working time and/or project time per user (marker 2), take a look at which working time types have been tracked (marker 3) or view who is tracking working time (marker 4) and/or project time (marker 5) right at this moment. If you use mileage tracking (drive log) you can also see employee's active mileage tracking.
2. Task Dashboard
In the "task dashboard" you can see immediately how many time was spent on a certain task.
Marker 1: A certain relevant "time period" can be defined.
Marker 2: All treated projects/tasks of the selected period, in this example one month, are shown. In "Project time by task" you can see all in this month configured tasks, how much time it was worked on each task in the month (total) and a differentiation of this time in billable and non billable.
Marker 3: The "Project time by user" show which employee has worked for how long on this task. You find again the total, the non billable and the billable time.
3. Time Account
In the time account you have an overview of the current balances (2), the time and vacation account of all employees (3) and your own time account (1).
Marker 1: My Account. Here you can find all information of your own time account as admin/team leader.
Marker 2: Current Balances. You can get the current status of all time accounts in this view. Here you can also load the time sheets of the current balances.
Marker 3: All Accounts. In this view you will find initializations, Time account balances and corrections of all employees. Here you can initialize employees, filter by employees and edit time accounts (balance periods, correct time accounts, correct vacation, export financial statements).
For further information please see Time Account (configuration, features, etc.).
4. The time sheet
The time sheet displays the standings of the work hours and vacation balance for a chosen time period.
5. Working time, Project time, Drive log
Next to the User Dashboard, the Task Dashboard and the Time Account you can create analyses and reports in the working time, project time and drive log tab.
For creating detailed reports there are various filter criteria available.
You'll find more info here.
5.1. Adding records for your employees
As an administrator you can enter time or a trip manually for your employees.
For example, if you want to add a working time record for an employee click on “Add time” in the "Working Time" reports menu.
After choosing the employee (user, marker 1) select the desired working time type (Marker 2) and create a note (Marker 3) for this working time entry. You can edit the date, Start and End time (Marker 4) as you wish, the duration (Marker 6) will be automatically adjusted. Enter a break (Marker 5) and press "Save" (Marker 7).
The same way you can add a project time record or a trip. Just use "Add Project Time" or "Add Drive Log" in the "Project Time" or "Drive Log" tab, respectively.
6. Export
After filtering your data according to your needs you can export and print reports. There are different file formats available: PDF, Excel, CSV and other.
