Within the changing to Daylight Saving Time/Standard Time or traveling through time zones there are possibly unwanted time zone values in specific time entries.
An Example: The change to Daylight Saving Time is from Saturday to Sunday. You've started your time recording on Friday morning and you want now stop the recording on Monday with the stop time from Friday evening. Through the change to Daylight Saving Time the time zone of the start time is e.g. +1 (Standard Time), but the endtime is now set to the new time zone value +2 (Daylight Saving Time).
1. Show/Hide Timezones
In timr you can define whether time zones should be visible in general or not. The setting is available in "Administration/Settings/General" in "Date and Time Format".
If you choose to display time zones, it will look like in the screenshot below.
If you choose to not show the time zones, all entries will be shown without them.
2. Adjust Time Zone Values
If there are any different time zone values caused by the change to Daylight Saving Time/Standard Time or caused by traveling through time zones, these values will be shown independent of your setting "Show Time Zones". If there is a running time recording, like in this example a running working time recording, then the time zones will be shown directly on the "Timer" dialogue.
You can also edit the time zone of an already saved entry.
You can adjust the values manually. Change the value to the current time zone and press "Save".
If you've set the "Show Timezone" setting to "No", the time zones won't be visible anymore as long as the time zone of the start and the end time are equal.
