You can show your already saved time entries in your calendar. This is kind of an automatic reporting. You can show your entries besides others in your favorite calendar tool on Mac/iPhone, in your Google calendar, in Outlook or in Android.
We have no impact on how often the entries are in sync with the calendar, this depends on the app you are using.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you copy&paste the URL exactly as it is displayed in your timr account, without any trailing spaces, otherwise it will not work.
1. Generate your private calendar link
1.1. Open settings
In your timr account, click on your name and then choose "Settings".
1.2. Generate calendar link
ATTENTION: To set up timr in your calendar application, you need to generate a private URL.
You should keep this URL secret. Because everyone who knows this URL might look at your time tracks of the past few months.
Click on "Generate private calendar link" and use the generated URL in your calendar application to subscribe to an external calendar.
2. Integrate timr calendar in an external calender
You can show your entries in your favorite calendar tool on Mac/iPhone, in your Google calendar, in Outlook or in Android. Your notes in the calendar link for working time/project time/driving log are also synchronized and displayed. (Details and notes in the absence calendar are not displayed).
Note: In order to see your timr entries in the calendar on your Android, you have to integrate the timr calender in your Google or Outlook calendar. You chan then choose the Google or Outlook calender to be displayed in your Android calendar. It's not possible to directly integrate the timr calender in your Android calendar.
Note about Outlook: If your timr calendar link isn't valid any more, you may get an error message and a dialogue field where you are asked to fill in a user name and a password. You can ignore this message. Instead generate a new calendar link in your timr account and enter this link in your Outlook calendar.
