The timr Android App offers the feature Team Tracking
If you are the leader of a certain group, you can track the times for this group. You see all members including yourself and you can add, start, stop, edit, pause, resume, .... the time tracking for the entire group. You can select for every single member of the group different time tracking settings, like for example one member has to go home earlier. With the Team Tracking feature you're able to stop only the time tracking of this single member and so on.
The following screenshots and explanations should guide you through the feature Team Tracking, you'll see an example for Working Time Tracking.
1. Enable/Disable Team Tracking
The team tracking feature is per default disabled. You can enable it in the timr settings on your smartphone. To use the team tracking feature you need first to add an "organization" in the timr web application. The leader of the organization can enable and use the team tracking feature.
If the organization leader wants to track time only for himself in the meanwhile, he can simply disable the team tracking screen. Go to the settings and press on 'Advanced Options'. Disable now the check box in the field 'Team Tracking'.
2. Start Team Tracking
As a group leader you'll get this timr Team Tracking screen.
The active fields depend on the current state of your employees. In order to provide a better overview, only those buttons where you can do something are enabled. In this example, no working time is running which means that the "Stop" and "Pause" buttons are disabled. As soon as working time for at least 1 group member was started, the "Stop" button becomes enabled.
Marker 1: You want to start time tracking, press "Start".
Marker 2: You want to add a Working Time entry, press "Add".
Marker 3: You want an overview of all Team members and their current status, press "Status".
After pressing "Start" you'll get the "Start Working Time" Screen.
Marker 1: You can choose for which members of the Team you want to start the Working Time Tracking. The list includes all group-leaders as well as all group-members, there is no chance to forget to punch-in anybody.
In this example we've chosen to start Working Time Tracking for 2 people, "Doe John" and "Amstrong Thomas".
Marker 2: After you've selected the people, press "Start".
Marker 3: If you want to cancel the entry just press "Cancel".
The Status Screen always shows your team and the current time tracking state of each employee at a glance. In this example, every team member is punched-in.
The best thing is, if you quickly have to change the state of 1 single team member, e.g. because he has to leave earlier, you can simply click on the user and punch him out from this screen (see 4. Stop -> Option 2).
3. Pause Team Tracking
If all members and leaders of a group are punched-in, you get this screen where the "Start" button is disabled since you can no longer punch-in another user. The "Pause" button becomes enabled as soon as at least 1 employee is punched-in.
Marker 1: You can add a Working Time entry without using the "timer".
Marker 2: You can stop one, more or all running Working Time Trackings.
Marker 3: You can pause one, more or all running Working Time Trackings.
Marker 4: You can delete one, more or all running Working Time Trackings.
Marker 5: You can get an overview of all leaders and members and their current status.
If you want to pause the working time tracking, you can choose for whom you want to pause.
Marker 1: You can select the User for whom you want to pause the time tracking. You can select one, more or all Users.
Marker 2: After selecting people, press "Pause".
Marker 3: If you want to cancel the pause settings, press "Cancel".
The status screen now tells you that John Doe and Thomas Amstrong are paused.
After the break you can resume time tracking for the users. Select for whom you want to resume and press "Resume".
4. Stop Team Tracking
timr offers you 2 possibilities to stop Team Tracking.
Option 1 is to press "Stop" in the overview. You'll get a screen like the one on the left side, with all running time trackings.
Choose the users for whom you want to stop the time tracking. You can choose one, more or all users and then press "Stop".
Option 2 is to open the "Status" screen. Click on the User for whom you want to stop the time tracking which gives you the "Single User" working time screen only for this user.
You can now quickly "Stop" (Marker 1), "Pause" (Marker 2) or "Delete" (Marker 3) the running working time of this user.

You can always add a Working Time entry if you've forgotten to track it by using the "timer". If you press "Add" in the overview you'll get a screen like the one on the left side.
Marker 1: You can choose for whom you want to add Working Time.
Marker 2: If you press "Add" the selected users will automatically get added a Working Time entry of half an hour (this is the default value).
You can also edit this entry by pressing on the user, like you will see below.
