What is the automatic review of working time records?
The automatic review of working time records in timr assists you in checking your employee's time entries before balancing a period and creating a time sheet.
Possible errors of existing time entries and missing time entries are indicated and displayed as warning in the time account.
When you balance a period all warnings are displayed there too.
Example für a notice in the Time Account:
Example of a warning when you make a closure
NOTE: The warnings are intended to help you not to overlook possible incorrect entries. You can create a closing at any time despite existing warnings. After closing, these notes of the closed period will no longer be displayed.
You also have the possibility to configure under Administration/Settings/Working time which checks should be performed, or you deactivate the automatic check, then the notices will no longer be displayed.
