As an administrator you can enter project time records manually. For this go to “Reports/Project Time" and click on “Add project time”.
After choosing the employee = user (marker 1) select the task (Marker 2) and create a note (Marker 3)if desired. You can edit the date, Start and End time (Marker 4) as you wish. Finally, if necessary enter a break (Marker 5) and choose if the task is “billable” or not (Marker 6).
Note: If you use the Enterprise plan, you can also choose the organization the user belongs to.

In the recording menu you can also add project time for yourself manually.
