With task links, you can link directly to a specific task in timr - ideal for situations where it needs to be communicated clearly which task time should be booked to.
In a team meeting, for example, you can simply share the corresponding link or attach it to the meeting - all team members then book their time on the same task. You can also save the link to the appropriate task directly in your to-do list for personal task planning. In project work, you can add the timr task to an issue to create a clear link - this improves the accuracy of your evaluations.
Practical: The link remains valid even if the name or structure of the task changes.
You can find the task link either in the task list in the “Tasks” menu when you edit a task, or in the task details, which you can access via the project time tracking or the report view (see point 3 here).
As soon as the link is clicked, the redirection to the task details of this task becomes active. The task can be started or switched to immediately from this screen.
If the link is clicked on the smartphone, e.g. because it is saved in the calendar app, the task opens automatically in the timr app and can be started there.
The link can also be created from the app and shared directly via email, WhatsApp, etc. You can share the task either from the task list or from the task detail view.
