1. Add project time
In order to add project time manually, go to "Recording/Project Time" . Click now on the button "Add Project Time" on the top right side of the screen.
Choose the task (Marker 1) for which you want to track time afterwards and insert a short note (Marker 2) for this project time entry. timr suggests you always automatically to add 30 minutes. The start/end date and the start time are always the end date and the end time of the last tracked project time entry. You can edit the date and time (Marker 3) and the duration (Marker 5) is calculated automatically. You can also note a break (Marker 4) and define if this project time is billable (Marker 6). In case you want to add more than one working time entry, choose "Create another" (Marker 7). The add time menu will stay open after saving (Marker 8) your time entry, so that you can add another entry immediately afterwards.
You can enter the time and the duration in almost any form. You'll find all related details in the guide about time and date format.
If you want to enter project time records for your employees this is possible in the reports menu.
2. Duplicate project time
In timr you have the possibility to duplicate time entries.
For example, if you have been working on a single project or customer order from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, you can add this time for Monday (see "1. Add project time") and then duplicate this entry.
To do this, click on the edit symbol next to the respective entry and select "Duplicate”.
Now all you have to do is select the correct date and save the duplicate entry.
