1. Add drive logs
In order to add drive log entries manually, go to "Recording/Drive Log". Click on "Add Drive Log” on the top right corner.
Choose the car (1) for which you now wish to record the journey. The Start Date and the Start Time (2) are always the End Date and End Time of the last recorded driver’s log entry.
timr always automatically suggests a standard journey of 30 minutes (3). You can edit the date and time (2) as you wish, the duration (3) will be automatically adjusted.
The start mileage (4) will automatically always be set to the previous end mileage. So you just have to alter the new end mileage (5).
Choose the category for your journey (6). For a business journey enter the data required by the tax authorities, such as route (7), purpose (8) and visited (9) and press "Save" (10). If you want to add more than one entries, use "Create another" (11).
You can enter the time format and duration in almost any form, you will find all the related details in the guide about time and date format.
2. Duplicate drive logs
In timr you have the possibility to duplicate time entries.
For example, if you have been driving the same route from Monday to Friday, you can add this time for Monday (see "1. Add drive logs") and then duplicate this entry. To do this, click on the edit symbol next to the respective entry and select "Duplicate”.
