1. Filter by Categories
Under "Reports/Drive Log" you can filter by "Categories". The superordinate groups "All Business" (marked green) and "All Private" (marked orange) are predefined. You can create all other categories yourself.
2. Print/Export
timr allows to present the first collected and filtered data in the form of a report. The icon "Print/Export" (marker 3), offers you the possibility of an automatically created report containing the data. Because of previous configurations in "Administration/Settings" the report will be supplemented with the company logo and the company's address.
A special timr feature is to create a drive log report in a "PDF file with Revisions". To do that click, as shown in the screenshot, "PDF with Revisions". The PDF file contains all information needed for the register office.
3. Add Drive Log
timr allows any time to add a Drive Log. When an employee didn't have the possibility to track his drive log, the time can be tracked retrospectively. By clicking "Add Drive Log" the drive log dialog appears. As administrator you can define the "user" for whom you want to define this drive log.
Marker 1: Select a "Car" .
Marker 2, 3 : You can enter the "Start & End Time" or set the "Duration", then the End Time will change automatically.
Marker 4, 5 : Enter the mileage at the start and at the end of your trip.
Marker 6: You can assign the trip to a category (e.g. Business, Private, Customer visit, ...). You can read how to create your own categories here.
Marker 7: You have the option to insert the "Route", for example San Francisco to San Rafael.
Marker 8: The "purpose" can be specified, like a customer visit, a preliminary discussion, etc.
Marker 9: You can define whom you've "visited" for example, which customers or which company.
Marker 10: After inserting your data, you can save the drive log.
Marker 11: In case you want to add additional records, press "Create another" before saving.
4. Bulk operations
You have the possibility to edit more than one entry at once. Just select the entries concerned. You will then have available the option "Selected Records" where you can, for example, change the status of all selected records.
