1. Billing address and VAT
The "billing address" must be inserted manually. The address information is required to send you an invoice if you upgrade to a paid plan or want to extend your account.
Only for EU Customers:
You can insert the "VAT ID", if your company is located in the EU and has a VAT ID.
If your company doesn't have a VAT-ID just don't enable the checkbox.
If your company has a "VAT number": Please select the "Country code" and insert your VAT ID. Click on "Validate" in order to verify if you VAT number is valid. If the number is valid, the question mark gets green, click on "Save" to finish.
2. Email address for invoices
Enter the email address to which your invoices should be sent.
3. Active timr Modules
You can find all details about upgrading or extending your plan here.
Information about the limited Free plan can be found here.
4. Account Information
In the Account Information section, you can see the account name you selected for your timr account – the so-called identifier. This identifier is part of your timr web address.
In this example, “mustermanngmbh” is the account name (= identifier). The timr web address is therefore “mustermanngmbh.timr.com”.
In the Account details section, you can also see the account owner and change them if needed.
By default, the account owner is the person who registered the timr account. If you have multiple administrators, you can later assign one of them as the account owner.
The account owner (and the Subscription Manager) has access to the “Account” menu and can extend the timr account. You can find instructions on how to change the account owner here.
5. Delete account
If you delete the account, all data and entries of the entire account will be deleted. Please be aware that this action cannot be undone!
If you experience any problems or have questions, you can always contact the timr Support team. Simply use the help widget in the web application or send us an email. We are happy to assist you.
