If your trial or your paid account expires, the account owner or the subscription manager can extend timr directly in the account via “Account” using the “Extend/Upgrade...” button.
Tip: If you want to authorize another employee to manage the payments, you can give them the subscription manager's authorization. You can find more detailed information here.

1. Check Billing Data

Only for EU Customers:
Marker 2: Enable the checkbox "I have a valid VAT ID (for EU members only)", if your company is located in the EU and has a VAT ID. You can then enter your VAT ID and let it be validated.
If your company doesn't have a VAT-ID just don't enable the checkbox and click on "Save" to finish.
Marker 3: Define to which e-mail address the invoice should be sent. The address of the account holder is automatically stored here, but can be changed.

After you have entered your billing address and, if applicable, your VAT number, you can continue.
Step 1: Click under the menu "Account" on "Buy timr now..."
Step 2: The following page gives you an overview of the current settings. Here you can adjust the active module, the number of user licenses and the runtime if necessary (point 4.1.).

4. Extending the Account
4.1 Change modules, users and runtime in an existing account
To change the active modules, the number of users or the runtime, click on “Extend/Upgrade...”. On the following page, you will see an overview of your current entries and can make changes.
Marker 1: Change Active Modules
Here you can change your active modules. Click on "Apply selection" to confirm your modules. You will be charged until the end of your current runtime.
Marker 2: Change User Licenses
If you need more user licenses, you can add them using the “Change user” button.
Change the number of user licenses under “Desired number of users”. You will be charged the additional costs until the end of your current term.
If you need less licenses than currently booked, you can also reduce them here. Please note, however, that the downgrade takes place immediately and there is no entitlement to remuneration for the remaining term!
Marker 3: Change Runtime
Use the “Change Runtime” button to select the runtime for which you would like to pay. You can pay every month, but also several months in advance.
If you extend for a year, you will receive a 10% discount. This will be displayed directly when you select the months.
4.2 Proceeding the payment
If you have a discount code, you can enter it here under “Add discount code”.
After you have checked the changes, click on the button “To payment”.
Here you will find a summary of the details of your billing address (marker 1) and your extension (markers 3 and 4). You can also enter an order number (marker 2).
Once you have accepted the “General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use” (marker 5), click on “Proceed to Checkout” (marker 6).
Now choose your preferred payment system. You can pay by credit card or PayPal (depending on your country, there may be also the possibility to pay via eps or Klarna).
