In order to take a further look at any issues you experience with the timr iPhone app we will need your diagnose info.
If our support team has asked you to provide more details you can send us this info following these steps:
1. Enable Diagnose Mode
Open the timr app on your iPhone, tap on "... More" on the bottom right side and choose "About".
Press on the troii logo for some seconds until the diagnose mode is enabled.
There is now a note that informs you about the active diagnose mode and you'll notice that further options are displayed.
2. Send Diagnose Info
Open the timr app on your iPhone, tap on "... More" on the bottom right side and choose "About".
Press on the troii logo and wait some seconds until the diagnose mode is enabled. You'll notice that further options are now displayed.
Now choose "Send diagnose info".
Afterwards please send us a short mail at info@timr.com communicating that you have sent the diagnose infos.
3. Disable Diagnose Mode
Open the timr app on your iPhone and tap on "... More" on the bottom right side and choose "About".
Now click on "Deactivate Diagnose Mode".
