You can easily connect the timr app to your timr account via a QR code without having to type in username and password manually. The instructions for showing the QR code in the web application needed for connection can be found here.
Select "Login in with a QR code" in the login window.

2.3 SSO login via Google or Microsoft account
You can access the timr app without entering any credentials if the following requirements are met:
1. Your account has login enabled via an SSO service such as Google or Microsoft.
2. Your user account is connected to external authentication.
3. You are already logged in to the cell phone with your Google or Microsoft account.
Select the login method and confirm the use of external authentication, this will connect the app.
Note: If you are not yet logged in to your Google or Microsoft account with your mobile device, you must enter the credentials for your account.
If you receive the error message "No timr user could be found ...." after entering the data for external authentication, then the authentication in your personal user account has not yet been established. In this case, connect your user account to the external authentication.
3. Allow App Permissions for Notifications, Location and Camera
Before starting timr you'll now firstly be asked for notification permissions. This permission is required by the timr App to work offline.
If location tracking for starting and stopping a recording is activated in your timr account, timr will also ask for location permissions. If you want to register the location when starting and ending an entry, for example for your drive log, you'll need to give timr permission.
Now your timr App is ready for starting. After finishing these steps, the timr Web Application and the App on your iPhone are always in sync automatically.
This means any time recording on your Android cell phone will also be automatically visible in your web app and vice versa. You can find more information about synchronizing recordings here.
