The new Timeline combines working time and project time in one view. This function gives you an even better overview of your working time and project time records and allows you to add or edit them quickly. You can also use this new feature if you only record working time.
You will find the Timeline view directly in your recording view.
In addition to the chronologically sorted records, you will also find a daily summary of working time, break and project time in the header.
3. Activate the timeline view for reports
1. Add entries or absences
In this view, you can see at a glance where for example a project time is missing. You can easily add it by tapping on the gap.
If there is no entry for a work day, you can simply add a working time or an absence by tapping on the validation.
2. Edit entries
Tapping on the working or project time opens the detailed overview of the booking. You can edit, duplicate or delete it using the three dots.
3. Activate the timeline view for reports
If you would also like to display your entries under Reports in the timeline view, activate this under “More”/“Settings”/“Beta”. This view is available for working time, project time and drivelog entries and makes it easier for you to fill in any gaps.
Here you can see the comparison between the previous view (left) and the timeline view (right).
The interruptions in the entries are now visualized. If you have actually been working here but have forgotten to book an entry, you can easily re-book it using the plus sign.
As in the timeline, you will also find a daily summary of the booked time and break time.
