1. Working Time Dashboard
1.1. Overview
Marker 1: The pie charts show the status of the day, week and month. The chart and the larger number shows how much you have already worked. The smaller number shows the hours that are stored as target time for the corresponding period. Approved vacations or holidays are already taken into account here. Selecting this area will give you more details.
Marker 2: Shows the status of the hours and vacation account. By selecting this area you can view more details of the time account (see 1.2.).
Marker 3: The results or errors of the automatic check are displayed here.
Marker 4: Via "Preview Timesheet" a preview is created as PDF, which you can save or send in sequence.
Marker 5: Shows an overview of requests & absences. Open requests and planned absences are listed here.
Marker 6: As long as the requests are not approved, you can edit them by clicking on "Requested".
Marker 7: Add times, tasks or absences depending on your authorization.
1.2 Time Account
Selecting "Dashboard/Time Account" will give you more details of your time and leave account. You can view and export timesheets and completions.
Marker 1: Via "Preview Timesheet" you get an overview of your working time records as PDF. The report covers the period from the last closing (or initialization) to the current date.
Marker 2: To view balances, i.e. timesheets from closed periods, select "Time Account".
Marker 3: In the "History" section, you can see all the time account balances and corrections that have been made in your time account. For details, select the desired balance.
Marker 4: Here you can see the overview of the selected closing. Via the export icon (top right) you can view the hours overview as a PDF and can export or save it, for example. You also have the option to sign the time sheet directly in the app.
2. Project Time Dashboard
Marker 1: You can select project times of Today, Week and Month periods.
Marker 2: This area gives an overview of the status of project times, depending on the selected period.
Marker 3: Add times, tasks or absences depending on the permission.
3. "Now Active" Dashboard (for Team Leaders & Administrators)
In the "Active Now" view, administrators and team leaders can see which employees are currently recording work time or project time.
If the recording is done via a mobile device with position tracking, the employee's position is also displayed in a map. For a larger view, click in the map (right view).
Tip: Tapping on the working time directly opens the reporting with the user's times. Here you can set filters and create or export reports.
Marker 1: Shows own location (blue dot).
Marker 2: Shows the location of the employee.
Marker 3: If there are other tasks nearby, they will be shown as well. You have to activate them with the Filter Symbol on the top right.
